Weekly Sunday Vaugn park sessions used to be the norm. During the summer, this place was the shit. I remember ditching my X on my birthday to go skate. HA, Take that! I recall skating good that day too!
The video/audio seem to be a little off. Making this video 900% shittier. Oh well.

Almost Good
Back when I used to be good at skateboarding or something, I still couldnt ride away from half my sh!t. Hell, I even went to Toronto like once a week. Damn switch heels.

Oh Thats The Peameal Buddy!
This is the Promo DVD Lakia put out after they went on a cross Canada tour in 2004. They came to town around the same time Anchorman was premiering. I won tickets from a Toronto Sun contest, and decided to go see them skate insead of hitting up a swanky premier downtown Toronto. Peep the LaBella switch 180 manny BGP. Holla!
Jump In!
On what is going down on record as the "Best Day of Jan 06" Milton Park suffered a serious simultaneous/casual hammer session. Parking lot lurkers were speechless.

Juan & Kris
This is an edit I put together for Juan Osorio & myself in early 2005. By this time, we were both riding for King. This was the video that we sent to C1RCA. I was really quite suprised to found out I was being put on the team. Things with them have been amazing. Everytime that Purolator truck pulls up, its like Christmas in July, or whatever month it happens to be. And as for Juan, he now rocks out in fresh DC's. They picked him up pretty quick after they saw a recent clip of his skating (Possible Post Later?). We all knew it would happen. I would like to thank Ron @ KBS for giving us the chance to send out our tapes, and also to Chris & John who helped me with C1RCA while they were there. Ironically enough, both Chris Ritche and John Uchida have left Circa and started working @ center, who reps and distributes DC. Funny how the world goes round.

Shell Contest
Im not sure exactly when this was. Summer of 03 possibly. This was one of the first times the GTA was exposed to the skateboard trickery of Phil McKnight. 3 years later, the kid eats handrails for breakfast and has a solid line of sponsors. Other notables of the video: Vasyl's flippy crooks, Volpes T-shirt headgear and On-Lock-Switch Tre.

Kerry Getz Busy
Kerry Getz was one of my first favorite skaters. Watching Jump of a Building and seeing his smooth style and ability to skate all terrains has made me respect the buttery skaters. His added park section "Kerry Gets Busy" in that video is amazing. This clip is from the first West49 open I went to. I had an ezekiel press pass, and i was able to film and skate on the course. Im pretty sure this was a run from the semi finals. So smooth.

High Five to Weather
Winter time, well at least mother nature says it is, but me and a mister Kris King tend to take any advantage we can to skate in these supposedly harsh Canadian winters. We always seek out some pretty sexy wearhouses but this year hasnt been the greatest for it. All I know is that when we go out, we mean buisness, and by buisness, i mean sex, and by sex i mean just watch the god damn new edit suckas!

Volpe vs Shell Part 2
This was an edit I made sometime in 2003. Most of the footage I filmed myself, but some of it came from 5ft12 productions and I think the rest was from Mikey HK or Wong. Im not 100% sure if this was the video volpe used to get on World or not. This footy still stands today, and its 3-4 years old. Next to Apples, Volpe pretty much owned shell park.
Muskoka Woods
This day was quite unreal, probably 3-4 years ago. Jonathan Volpe, Andrew Gordon, Ariel Stagni and myself took a mid winter trip up to Muskoka wood's amazing indoor park. It was a blizzard, and took us about 2-3 hours to get there, not to mention almost getting stuck on some sketchy back road in the forest. With that aside, the skating was amazing. We got the whole park to ourselves, and much footy was produced. Thanks to Ariel for hooking up the trip and driving us to skate in a major blizzard. GATOR BOOTS!
Volpe vs Shell - Part 1
Not to many people can skate like this. I mean, this is old footage. Way before the VX days. This was by far the gnarest trick to go down on this ledge by far. Gordon had some bangers this day also, and I will post them later. This also reminds me that I have some vintage Mark Appleyard laying around on VHS somewhere. Yeah, ill get to it... sometime. But for now, im working on uploading an old Volpe sponsor vid. The kid had talent.
BLAMMO - Kris King Extras Part #3
During the BLAMMO filming period, I ended up having more footage than i knew what to do with. Hence, my DVD extras parts. The Biggie was an obvious choice, and im pleased with how it came out .... for a scrap footy part.
Serious Pants
This guy is on a whole different level. The outfits alone speak for themself, then theres the tricks. Theres another vid of him floating around on YouTube somewhere else.

C1RCA Woodward 2005
This past summer, I had the oppurtinity of a life time. To stay and skate at woodward summer camp for a week. Some of the Circa ams from around Toronto along with a few guys from the states got to stay and skate for free. Chris Ritchie, aka. The Wolf hooked it all up, and almost killed us numerous times on the sketchy-ass Pennsylvania mountain roads. Thanks to everyone at Woodward and Circa for hooking it up, and a big shout out to Warren, Manny, Guffey, Mikut and Brenden.
